PZa love the NDIS and providing solutions for those with additional needs. We have recently designed 12 built-for-purpose NDIS participant apartments. 6 apartments per level over two levels, with an additional On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA) apartment on each of the two levels, servicing 6 apartments each. Each apartment has the ability to be fitted out to a level of High Physical Support, while also adapting back to an Improved Liveability Standard. Savannah, 12 Timor Avenue, Loganholme By PZa.

A trip down memory lane... (or, 'one i prepared earlier'). This is Cotton Beach at Casuarina. A resort style residential apartment building on the beach. I based the port-cochere roof design on the abundant cuttlefish that wash up on the beach.

This is Cedar Creek State Primary. It is a rural school half way west between Pimpama and Jimboomba. It has a total of 230 students. A while back PZa did a proposal to enclose their existing steel framed, open-walled play & assembly shelter, into a fully enclosed Sports Hall, Refurbished Performing Arts Stage and new OSH (Outside Hours) Facilities. Over the holidays these works were completed. The photos below have inserts of the BEFORE building. The larger shot is the resulting AFTER shot. The school and the Department of Education are very happy with the result. As are we. By PZa.
